Vivoa™ – An immersive digital site capture solution

Vivoa is a digital solution that transforms real‑world sites into immersive, explorable 360‑degree environments. It allows teams to capture, document and revisit sites remotely, with full visual context.

Using simple 360° capture, Vivoa creates a faithful digital record of a site at a specific moment in time. Every corridor, room, façade and access point is preserved exactly as seen.

Captured sites can be explored through a web browser. Users can move freely, zoom into details and navigate as if they were physically on site.

Vivoa™ turns site visits into a shared digital experience. It supports collaboration, transparency and evidence‑based decision‑making.

The benefits of Vivoa™

Vivoa improves how sites are inspected, documented and shared. It reduces the need for repeated physical site visits.

Teams gain a clear, visual record of site conditions. This reduces uncertainty and removes ambiguity from reports and discussions.

Observations and defects can be tagged directly within the 360° environment. Each tag is anchored to a precise visual location.

Captured visits are stored as dated snapshots. Sites can be compared over time to track change, progress or deterioration.

Vivoa improves productivity and collaboration. All stakeholders work from the same, evidence‑rich view of reality.

Applications of Vivoa™

Vivoa is designed for projects and assets where visual evidence is critical. It supports both construction and operational use cases.

Typical applications include:

  • Dilapidation surveys and condition assessments
  • Construction progress tracking
  • Defect identification and documentation
  • Safety walks and site inductions
  • Insurance and claims documentation
  • Remote client and stakeholder site visits
  • Regulatory and compliance reviews

Over time, Vivoa™ builds a visual history of the site. This supports audits, dispute resolution and long‑term asset management.

How Vivoa™ works in 5 steps

Step 1 – Film: Capture the real site

Start by walking the site once, filming as you go using your usual device or a recommended 360° capture kit.

The walkthrough follows your standard inspection route and remains natural and uninterrupted. No specialist operators or complex setup are required.

As you move through the site, Vivoa captures every corridor, room, façade and access point. The platform preserves the true condition of the environment at that specific moment in time. This creates a clear visual audit trail. It can support technical assessments, contractual discussions, regulatory reviews and claims documentation.

Step 2 – Send: Upload and process securely

After filming, upload the video securely to the Vivoa platform from the office or directly from the field. The system is designed to handle large files and unstable connections. Uploads automatically resume if interrupted. This ensures your data reaches the platform reliably.

Once uploaded, the video is processed automatically into an immersive virtual visit. Scenes are optimised for smooth navigation and clear visual quality. All processing happens in the background. Users access a simple, intuitive interface when they log in, regardless of recording complexity.

Step 3 – Visit: Explore remotely with full context

Users access Vivoa™ through a web browser and step into the virtual site visit. They move along the recorded path as if they were physically on site.

Users can look around freely, zoom into details and pause at critical locations. Key areas can be accessed instantly using visual cues or predefined waypoints.

This immersive visit enables effective remote collaboration. Engineers, surveyors, project managers, clients and regulators can review the same captured reality.

Physical site visits are reduced. Travel time and associated costs decrease.

Decisions are made faster and with greater confidence. All stakeholders rely on the same evidence‑rich visual environment.

Step 4 – Tag & Report: Turn visuals into structured insight

During the virtual visit, users can pause the view and tag observations directly within the scene. Tags can capture issues, defects, risks, temporary works, access constraints, completed elements or points of interest.

Each tag includes structured fields. These can cover category, severity, status, responsibility, due dates and free‑text notes, aligned with existing workflows. Annotations are anchored to precise visual locations. This removes ambiguity and ensures everyone understands exactly what is being referenced.

Vivoa compiles all tagged information into clear, exportable reports. These can be shared with contractors, clients or authorities. The result is clear communication and full traceability of decisions. A consistent visual record is maintained across the life of the project or asset.

Step 5 – Compare & Monitor: Track change over time

Each captured visit is stored as a dated snapshot. Users can open multiple sessions side by side and compare the same location at different moments in time.

By navigating synchronously through two or more timelines, teams can clearly see what has changed. This includes new elements constructed, defects repaired, temporary works removed or new risks introduced.

The comparative view supports a wide range of use cases. It can validate contractor progress claims and document pre‑ and post‑works conditions for dilapidation. It also supports regulatory compliance and the review of safety improvements following interventions.

Over time, Vivoa becomes a visual history of the site. It enables evidence‑based decisions, reduces disputes and gives stakeholders confidence in what they see.

VIVOA delivers more than a digital inspection.

It provides a structured, repeatable, and collaborative workflow that improves situational awareness, reduces uncertainty, and turns on-site reality into actionable, long-term insight.
